LQ JOTON, head office located at 188C Le Van Sy St., Ward 10, Phu Nhuan Dist., Ho Chi Minh City, was established under the business license No. 0301481931 issued on June 16th, 1998.

JOTON Company, started in 1996, has developed as one of the pioneers in paint and related coating production in Viet Nam. With application of the update scientific achievements on materials, we have met variety demands of customers in the fields such as architecture, construction, industry, traffic, marine etc. with new kinds of paint and coating.

With skilled staffs and workers, and professional managers, the three factories in Industrial Zones, the subsidiary companies in the big cities in Viet Nam, the Quality Management System conformed to ISO 9001:2015, the laboratory conformed to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and Standard, Rule of Viet Nam Register, Joton can manufacture kinds of high quality paint conformed to Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) with stability maintenance of their quality. In present, JOTON’s operation is through out of Viet Nam.

HUMAN RESOURCES

JOTON Company has more than 800 skill staffs and workers. 65% of them have BA/ BS and higher grades in different specialties such as Chemistry, Geology, Industry Electricity, Electronic, Mechanic, Information technology, Management, etc. 100% of workers have secondary education.

Besides, JOTON Company also has specialists with high qualification and professional skill who are in position of permanent advice..

JOTON has both invited external high quality human resources and trained internal selected human resources. Responsibility and authority of each job title or position are shown clearly in his/ her Job description. Decentralization between management levels is clearly regulated and propagated. Managers of departments have to carry out periodic evaluation once per six months the necessary working skills of staff directly under their management. The evaluation of skills has to base on the specific requirements of each job title and its job description. Base on the evaluation result of his/her subordinate staff, manager establishes the training plan and assigns another skill staff for training performance. Manager has to audit the training result right after training and make periodically the training effective audit report based on the working result of his/ her department. Besides specialists and great skill staffs of JOTON are in charge of training, JOTON has also cooperated with universities and consultative companies for training on job its own staffs. The term assignment of some management positions is applied to give the great skill staffs chances to show their own competence..

TRADING MANAGEMENT

JOTON Paints-Ha Noi branch is in charge of trading management in provinces and cities in the North of Viet Nam. Its market area is from Lang Son province to Quang Binh province. Its management organization has Director Board, Administration-Personnel Dept., Trading Dept., Supplying Project Dept., Supervising-Advising Dept., Financing-Accounting Dept. and Storage-Transport-Planning Dept. JOTON Paints-Ha Noi branch directly manages the storage with more than 1000 tons of paint kinds and 1000 tons of powder form coating, and the transportation team with more than 20 trucks in different capacities.

JOTON Paints-Da Nang branch is in charge of trading management in provinces and cities in the Middle of Viet Nam. Its market area is from Quang Tri province to Binh Dinh province and from Kontum province to Jalai province, on plateau. Its management organization has Director Board, Administration-Personnel-Storage-Transport Dept., Trading Dept., Supplying Project-Supervising-Advising Dept. and Financing-Accounting Dept. Da Nang Joton Company directly manages the storage with more than 500 tons of paint kinds and 500 tons of powder form coating, and the transportation team with more than 8 trucks in different capacities.

The trading operation in Ho Chi Minh city and East of South Viet Nam market area is managed by Trading Dept. that under Sales Manager of JOTON Paint’s head office. Its market area is from Phu Yen province to Long An province and from Daklak province to Lam Dong province, on plateau.

Storage-Transport Dept. in Ho Chi Minh city includes the storage with more than 2000 tons of paint kinds and 2000 tons of powder form coating, and the transportation team with more than 30 trucks in different capacities. This Dept. is in charge of supplying Joton’s products to customers in the East and West of South Viet Nam from Phu Yen province to Ca Mau province and from Daklak province to Lam Dong province, on plateau.

JOTON Paints-Can Tho branch is in charge of trading management in provinces and cities in the West of South Viet Nam. Its market area is from Tien Giang province to Ca Mau province.

JOTON Paints establishes and maintains the multi-level distribution system:

JOTON Paints implements the policy of fully and thickly covering to target markets even remote areas. In the present, agents and shop have supplied Joton’s products, are in most of Towns, Districts, Provinces and Cities in Viet Nam. .
