LQ JOTON JSC., a member of L.Q JOTON GROUP, head office locates at 188C Le Van Sy Street, Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh city, was established under the business license No. 0301481931 issued on June 16th, 1998.
L.Q JOTON Company startedin 1996, has developed as one of the pioneers in paint and related coatings in Viet Nam. With the application of scientific achievements, we have met various demands of customers in the fields such as architecture, contruction, industries, marine,ect. With new kinds of paint and coating.
With skilled staffs, workers and professional managers, three factories in Industrial Zones, branches located in big cities and the distribution system spread throughout the country, the laboratory conforming to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Standard and Rules of Viet Nam Register, the Quality Management System conformed to ISO 9001:2015, L.Q JOTON has manufactures many kinds of high-quality paint and coating conformed to the Janpanese Industrial Standard (JIS) or other standards required by customers with stability maintenance of their quality.
In present, L.Q JOTON is expanding the operation to other countries to get new opportunities and partners for development and international cooperation.

HUMAN RESOURCE

  • JOTON Company has more than 800 skill staffs and workers. 65% of them have BA/ BS and higher grades in different specialties such as Chemistry, Geology, Industry Electricity, Electronic, Mechanic, Information technology, Management, etc. 100% of workers have secondary education.
  • Besides, JOTON Company also has specialists with high qualification and professional skill who are in position of permanent advice..
  • JOTON has both invited external high quality human resources and trained internal selected human resources. Responsibility and authority of each job title or position are shown clearly in his/ her Job description. Decentralization between management levels is clearly regulated and propagated. Managers of departments have to carry out periodic evaluation once per six months the necessary working skills of staff directly under their management. The evaluation of skills has to base on the specific requirements of each job title and its job description. Base on the evaluation result of his/her subordinate staff, manager establishes the training plan and assigns another skill staff for training performance. Manager has to audit the training result right after training and make periodically the training effective audit report based on the working result of his/ her department. Besides specialists and great skill staffs of JOTON are in charge of training, JOTON has also cooperated with universities and consultative companies for training on job its own staffs. The term assignment of some management positions is applied to give the great skill staffs chances to show their own competence..
