JONA® MODIKYD PU

JONA® MODIKYD PU is the high gloss finish coating based urethane modified Alkyd resin. It is used as a multi-purpose coating for finishing surfaces in industrial and mechanic fields, and surfaces of vessel sections which are effected of sea water and sea weather.

Surface material: The practiced surface should be clear, dry and free from oil and grease.

Features Good adhesion, hard film, durability. Excellent resistance to sea water and sea weather. Standing impact and abrasion well.

JONES® AC

JONES® AC is the high quality anti-corrosive primer coating with Aluminum. It is used as the anti-corrosive primer of the boat steel surfaces which are underwater, at unstable water-line, bilge, deck, drying parts and of other construction steel surfaces. JONES® AC has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD - JIS K 5639:2002.

Surface material: Mental

Features High adhesion. Durable to sea water. High corrosion resistance.

JONES® ZINC-P

JONES® ZINC-P is the two-component epoxy primer with Zinc Phosphate. It is used for resisting corrosion of metal surfaces in irrigation, marine works and chemical workshop that have been demanded an epoxy coating system. JONES® ZINC - P has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS K 5551:2008.

Surface material: Bare steel: To get the best finish, the cleaning with abrasive blast should be conformed to SA 21/2, and the removing oil and grease with solvent should be conformed to SSPC-SP1. Shopprimed steel: Clean, dry, free from oil, grease and other contaminants and undamaged approved shopprimer.

Features Good adhesion. Resistance to gasoline, oil, water, sea water. Resistant to chemical substances and the influences of weather. Heat-resistant up to 1100C (un-continuous).

JONES® ZINC-R

JONES® ZINC-R is the two-component epoxy primer with Zinc dust solidified by Polyamide. It is anti-corrosive and anti-abrasion of steel surfaces that have been demanded an epoxy coating system. JONES® ZINC-R has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS K 5553:2010.

Features High adhesion. Durable with salt water, gasoline, sea water, fresh water, chemicals

JONES® ZINC-S

JONES® ZINC-S is the two-component Zinc Ethyl Silicate primer with property of self-solidification, anti–abrasion and standing well hard weather conditions. Its film appearance is level and matte. It protects steel surfaces such as tanks or hold of chemical, chimney, etc. which have been borne high heat. JONES® ZINC-S is also suitable for another coatings such as Epoxy, Silicone, Polyurethane, etc. JONES® ZINC-S has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS K 5553:2010.

Surface material: Metal

Features High adhesion. Durable with salt water, gasoline, sea water, fresh water and chemicals in the range of pH 5-9.

JOTO® 12

JOTO® 12 is the Colophony and Vinyl Copolymer based anti-fouling coating with Biocide and Cuprous Oxide. Its operating is on solution reaction. It is used for protecting the bilge and underwater parts of boat for anti-fouling up to 12 months (depending on operating conditions of boat).

Surface material: The surface must be dry and free from fouling, salts and other contaminants. Remove salts and dirt by fresh water washing and hard fouling by scraping. For steel surface: the rust should be cleaned and the blisters of prior coating should be leveled. Corroded and/ or damaged areas should be repaired first with an appropriate primer system. For wood surface, the holes and cracks on the surface should be filled and leveled with suitable materials.

JOTO® 24

JOTO® 24 is the Colophony and Vinyl Copolymer based anti-fouling coating with Biocide and Cuprous Oxide. Its operating is on solution reaction. It is used for protecting the bilge and underwater parts of boat for anti fouling up to 24 months (Depending on operating conditions of boat).

Features Good adhesion. Fast drying. Resistance to seaweed and fouling.

JOTO® 6

JOTO® 6 is the Colophony and Synthesis based anti-fouling coating with Biocide and Cuprous Oxide. Its operating is on solution reaction. It is used for protecting the bilge and underwater parts of boat for anti fouling from 6 to 9 months (Depending on operating conditions of boat).

Features Good adhesion. Fast drying. Resistance to seaweed and fouling.

JOTO® LOG

JOTO®LOG is the fast drying based alkyd modified synthesis copolymer primer coating. It is used as the primer of the steel, wood surfaces, anti-fouling coating to rust-proof the surfaces of bilge.

Surface material: The practiced surface should be clear, dry and free from oil, grease and other contaminants.
