JONES® CONC (A)

JONES® CONC is the two-component epoxy primer solidified by Polyamide or Amine. It is used as the primer of coating system for floor in industrial area in order to increase adhesion, resist to alkalization of the finish on concrete surfaces.

Surface material: The practiced surface should be clean. The dilute detergent or solvent should be used to remove oil and grease. For exterior surface, jet-water can be used. Filling and leveling the holes and cracks on the surface with suitable materials. The uneven surface will increase adhesion. The surface humidity is not more than 4%.

Features Good adhesion on kinds of floor coating and of concrete surface. Resistance to water, solvent and chemical.

JONES® EPO

JONES® EPO is the two-component epoxy primer solidified by Polyamide or Amine. It is compatible with most of another Chlorinated rubber, Polyurethane and Epoxy. Used to increase adhesion, alkali prevention effect for coatings on concrete and anti-rust substrates to protect metal parts for industrial plants, chemical, fuel, sea water, and biological water tanks active ... JONES® EPO has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS K 5551:2008

Surface material: Bare steel: To get the best finish, the cleaning with abrasive blast should be conformed to SA 21/2, and the removing oil and grease with solvent should be conformed to SSPC-SP1. Shopprimed steel: Clean, dry and undamaged approved shopprimer. For the concrete surfaces, the wet cloths should be used for cleaning dirt and other same contaminants. The dilute detergent or solvent should be used for removing oil and grease. For exterior surfaces, jet-water can be used. Filling and leveling the holes and cracks on the surface with suitable materials. The rough surface will increase adhesion. The surface humidity is not more than 12%.

JONES® SEALER (A)

JONES®SEALER is the two-component epoxy primer without solvent, solidified by Polyamide or polyamine. It is compatible with most of another Polyurethane and Epoxy. It is used as the primer of industrial floor coating system for increasing adhesion, resisting to alkalization of the finish on concrete surfaces.

Features Good adhesion on kinds of floor coating and most of concrete surfaces. Resistance to water, solvent and chemical. Good solidification in spite of dripping wet floor. Practicing directly on surface with high humidity is possible.

JONES® WEPO (A)

JONES® WEPO is the water based two-component epoxy primer. It is used as the primer of interior concrete surfaces for increasing adhesion of the finish.

Surface material: The practiced surface should be clean and free from the contamination of dirt, oil, grease, wax, chalking, mildew and other chemical agents in order to ensure proper adhesion to the substrate. The jet- water can be used for cleaning after that. The prior coating (if any) has to be moved by sanded or abraded. Filling and leveling the holes, cracks on the surface with JOTON® WEPO. For the new concrete (in normal conditions), practicing is only allowed on 28 days after.

JONES®MORTAR (A)

JONES® MORTAR is a buffer for solvent-free concrete floor, epoxy resin system consists of 3 components, for seamless surface finish, capable of executing in many different thicknesses depending on the purpose for each type different floor. Used for medium-sized industrial floors and floors that require long-term protection against chemicals and abrasives such as warehouses, laboratories, factories, industrial plants.

Surface material: The practiced surface should be clear, dry and free from oil and grease to get the best substrate adhesion. Dust and dirt should be clean by wet cloth. The practiced surface temperature is from 100C to 400C. The practiced surface humidity is below 20%.

JOTEENES® PAT (A)

JOTEENES PAT is the two component modified Polymer Portland cement mortar used for filling cracks and leveling uneven places of concrete surface. It is used as a primer to level the concrete surface of tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court and another sport courts before painting.

Surface material: Practicing easily. Adhering to concrete surface and resisting to water and alkalization well. Filling cracks and standing to abrasion well.

JOTEENES® PRIMER

JOTEENESPRIMER is the high quality based waterborne emulsion paint used as the primer of tennis coating system. It can deeply infiltrate into the concrete substrate and help to increase the durability and adhesion of finish paints

Surface material: The practiced surface should be clear, dry and free from oil and grease to get the best substrate adhesion. Dust and dirt should be clean by wet cloth. Oil and grease should be removed with suitable solvent or dilute detergent. Jet-water can be used after that for cleaning. Filling little holes and cracks, and leveling the surface with JOTEENES PAT. The practiced surface temperature is from 100C to 400C. The practiced surface humidity is below 20%. For new concrete, it demands the waiting time of at least 28 days to solidify completely before practicing (in normal conditions).
