JONES® FA-WOOD

JONES®FA-WOOD is a 2-component polyurethane resin based curing primer with polyisocyanate. Paint can be mixed in many different colors, creating a transparent or protective coating, used to protect wood, concrete, cement, wood-based materials, ...

JONES® SEALER (A)

JONES®SEALER is the two-component epoxy primer without solvent, solidified by Polyamide or polyamine. It is compatible with most of another Polyurethane and Epoxy. It is used as the primer of industrial floor coating system for increasing adhesion, resisting to alkalization of the finish on concrete surfaces.

Surface material: The practiced surface should be clean. The dilute detergent or solvent should be used to remove oil and grease. For exterior surface, jet-water can be used. Filling and leveling the holes and cracks on the surface with suitable materials. The rough surface will make the adhesion to be more.

Features Good adhesion on kinds of floor coating and most of concrete surfaces. Resistance to water, solvent and chemical. Good solidification in spite of dripping wet floor. Practicing directly on surface with high humidity is possible.

JONES® WEPO (A)

JONES® WEPO is the water based two-component epoxy primer. It is used as the primer of interior concrete surfaces for increasing adhesion of the finish.

Surface material: The practiced surface should be clean and free from the contamination of dirt, oil, grease, wax, chalking, mildew and other chemical agents in order to ensure proper adhesion to the substrate. The jet- water can be used for cleaning after that. The prior coating (if any) has to be moved by sanded or abraded. Filling and leveling the holes, cracks on the surface with JOTON® WEPO. For the new concrete (in normal conditions), practicing is only allowed on 28 days after.

JONES® WOOD FILLER

JONES®WOOD FILLER is a oil-based, 1K coating putty, quick dry, used for fill up grain of wood such as oak, valnut, sapele... JONES®WOOD FILLER is applied before primer layer paint, make painting surface gets smooth, mainly used for interior and exterior wood product.

Features High non-volatile content, excellent covering ability. Quick dry, high adhesive on wood surface. Do not affect to wood natural color. Reduce absorbency of wood at next layer painting.

JONES® ZINC-P

JONES® ZINC-P is the two-component epoxy primer with Zinc Phosphate. It is used for resisting corrosion of metal surfaces in irrigation, marine works and chemical workshop that have been demanded an epoxy coating system. JONES® ZINC - P has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS K 5551:2008.

Surface material: Bare steel: To get the best finish, the cleaning with abrasive blast should be conformed to SA 21/2, and the removing oil and grease with solvent should be conformed to SSPC-SP1. Shopprimed steel: Clean, dry, free from oil, grease and other contaminants and undamaged approved shopprimer.

Features Good adhesion. Resistance to gasoline, oil, water, sea water. Resistant to chemical substances and the influences of weather. Heat-resistant up to 1100C (un-continuous).

JONES® ZINC-R

JONES® ZINC-R is the two-component epoxy primer with Zinc dust solidified by Polyamide. It is anti-corrosive and anti-abrasion of steel surfaces that have been demanded an epoxy coating system. JONES® ZINC-R has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS K 5553:2010.

JONES® ZINC-S

JONES® ZINC-S is the two-component Zinc Ethyl Silicate primer with property of self-solidification, anti–abrasion and standing well hard weather conditions. Its film appearance is level and matte. It protects steel surfaces such as tanks or hold of chemical, chimney, etc. which have been borne high heat. JONES® ZINC-S is also suitable for another coatings such as Epoxy, Silicone, Polyurethane, etc. JONES® ZINC-S has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS K 5553:2010.

Features High adhesion. Durable with salt water, gasoline, sea water, fresh water and chemicals in the range of pH 5-9.

JONES®MORTAR (A)

JONES® MORTAR is a buffer for solvent-free concrete floor, epoxy resin system consists of 3 components, for seamless surface finish, capable of executing in many different thicknesses depending on the purpose for each type different floor.
