JOTON® REGAL 2K

JOTON REGAL 2K is the two-component polyurethane finish solidified by Polyisocyanate. It is produced from Acrylic resin and used for metal surfaces without primer layer, especially on metals which are hard–to-apply, such as: aluminum, galvanized steel, inox Suitable for both interior and exterior in industry, construction, transportation, and other industries. JOTON REGAL 2K has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS K5659:2018.

JOTO® LOG

JOTO®LOG is the fast drying based alkyd modified synthesis copolymer primer coating. It is used as the primer of the steel, wood surfaces, anti-fouling coating to rust-proof the surfaces of bilge.
Surface material: The practiced surface should be clear, dry and free from oil, grease and other contaminants. Bare steel: To get the best finish, the cleaning with abrasive blast should be conformed to SA 21/2, and the removing oil and grease with solvent should be conformed to SSPC-SP1. For wood surface, the holes and cracks on the surface should be filled and leveled with suitable materials.

JOTO® 6

JOTO® 6 is the Colophony and Synthesis based anti-fouling coating with Biocide and Cuprous Oxide. Its operating is on solution reaction. It is used for protecting the bilge and underwater parts of boat for anti fouling from 6 to 9 months (Depending on operating conditions of boat).
Surface material: The surface must be dry and free from fouling, salts and other contaminants. Remove salts and dirt by fresh water washing and hard fouling by scraping. For steel surface: the rust should be cleaned and the blisters of prior coating should be leveled. Corroded and/ or damaged areas should be repaired first with an appropriate primer system. For wood surface, the holes and cracks on the surface should be filled and leveled with suitable materials.

JONES® ZINC-S

Shopprimed steel: Clean, dry and undamaged approved shopprimer. For the concrete surfaces, the wet cloths should be used for cleaning dirt and other same contaminants. The dilute detergent or solvent should be used for removing oil and grease. For exterior surfaces, jet-water can be used. Filling and leveling the holes and cracks on the surface with suitable materials. The rough surface will increase adhesion. The surface humidity is not more than 12%.
